“Together with Art” — NCU Arts Sustainability Fund

Since 1995, when National Central University established its Arts Center, we have presented numerous high-quality visual art exhibitions, as well as music and theater performances. These programs have enriched campus life for three decades. They have also created rare and meaningful moments of emotional connection, shared experience, and resonance among faculty, students from different colleges, and visitors from beyond the campus.

In the spring of 2022, the Arts Center, the Center for Humanities Research, and the Kunqu Opera Museum were merged to form the Center for Humanities and Arts, now a first-tier administrative unit responsible for planning and managing all campus arts and cultural activities and arts spaces—including the original Arts Center gallery, the Black Box Theatre, the 107 Cinema, and the Kunqu Opera Museum. The Center continues to uphold its founding mission: to curate diverse and exceptional arts programs and to help build a campus environment rich in cultural depth, humanistic care, and artistic vitality.

Art is not only part of the campus landscape—
it is a force that brings people together and inspires the future.

The “Together with Art” initiative sincerely invites alumni and members of the public to support the continued development of arts programs at NCU. Every contribution adds a new chapter to the cultural life of our university, and every act of participation sparks inspiration for generations to come.
