In 2001, Kunqu Opera was inscribed by UNESCO as a "Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity."

Within the campus of NCU, there is the Kunqu Opera Museum, which houses numerous valuable artifacts related to Kunqu Opera.

Behind this important endeavor stands Professor Hung, Wei-Chu, who has taken on the responsibility of preserving human cultural and artistic heritage at NCU.

Now, we cordially invite everyone to join us in carefully appreciating the records of Professor Hung's 30-year exploration of Kunqu Opera and to celebrate his 80th birthday!
